What actually happens on the 20-minute call?

An engineer walks through your specific workflow — the systems, the volume, the exceptions — and tells you whether it's a fit. You leave with a clear yes/no and a ballpark number. No slides, no obligation.

How do you land on the price for my project?

Setup runs $20k–$50k and maintenance $2k–$5k/month. The biggest factor is how ready your data is: if it already lives in a structured store or flows through systems we can plug into, the build is faster and cheaper; if it's scattered across tools, inboxes and spreadsheets that aren't integrated, we spend more of the project connecting and cleaning it first. From there it depends on how many systems we integrate, your monthly volume, how much human review you want to keep, and any compliance requirements. We commit to a fixed figure in writing after the call.

How long until it's live?

Most automations reach production in 3–7 weeks. We ship a working thin slice early, prove it on real data, then expand — so you see value before the full build is done.

Will AI make mistakes on important work?

Every workflow has human-in-the-loop checkpoints where it matters. The agent handles the high-confidence majority straight-through and routes anything ambiguous to a person with the evidence attached. You decide where that line sits.

Do you replace our tools or work with them?

We work with them. Cadira sits on top of your existing stack — your ERP, CRM, inbox, phone numbers, warehouse — and orchestrates the work between them. Nothing to rip out.

Who owns and runs it after launch?

We operate it for you: hosting, monitoring, on-call and ongoing tuning are part of the monthly fee. You own the outputs and the data. Maintenance is month-to-month — if it stops earning its keep, you can stop.

Is our data safe?

We scope data access to the minimum each workflow needs, support your data-residency requirements, and never train shared models on your data. We'll cover your specific security and compliance needs on the call.
